Service Terms
Custom development is separate from digital product downloads. A service starts only after the scope and price are agreed. Last updated 17 October 2026.
A request is not a booking
Sending a contact or booking form tells Tekkivo what you need. It does not reserve a date, assign an engineer, or create a price. We reply with a written scope before any paid work starts.
The agreement
Paid work needs three things: the written scope, the price in that scope, and a confirmed payment. Work outside that scope is a new quote. Starting prices on the site are examples, not a fixed bid.
Fees
Service prices are scoped and still modest for the work described. Once work on an agreed item has started, that fee is not refunded. If we have not started, and you cancel in writing before work begins, we will not charge the unstarted item.
What you provide
You supply the content, logins, and approvals the scope needs. Delay on those items moves the delivery date by the same amount. Tekkivo does not keep your hosting passwords after the handover unless you ask us to.
Delivery
You receive the agreed pages, fixes, or setup. A service does not include unlimited future changes, a third-party license, or hosting fees unless the scope says so.
