What we collect
- Account details you submit, such as your name, email address, and a hashed password.
- Order details confirmed by our payment provider, including the product, amount, and payment status.
- Messages you send through contact, booking, and support forms.
- A browser cart and wishlist stored on your device.
- Basic technical data such as pages requested, which we use to keep the site working and to measure traffic in Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
Why we use it
We use this information to create your account, deliver the digital product you bought, prevent fraud, reply to you, and understand which pages help students and developers. We do not sell personal information.
Payments
Card and UPI details are collected by Dodo Payments on their checkout page. Tekkivo receives the payment result, not your full card number.
How long we keep it
Account and order records are kept while your account is open and for as long as we need them for tax, fraud, and support records. You can ask us to delete a contact message that is no longer needed.
Your choices
You can stop using the site, clear your browser storage, and email support@tekkivo.com to ask what account data we hold. Access to a purchased file can remain available after an account request if we still need the order record.
