Refund Policy
Tekkivo does not offer refunds on digital products. Last updated 17 October 2026.
No refunds
Projects, PDFs, notes, templates, tools, and membership fees are final once the payment is confirmed. We do not refund, partially refund, or exchange a digital product because of a change of mind, a duplicate personal purchase, or a file that does not match a use we did not describe.
Why
- Prices are set low for students and developers.
- The product page states the format, price, and what is included before checkout.
- Access is digital. After payment, the file or listing can be opened immediately, so the product cannot be returned.
What we do fix
If a payment is confirmed and Tekkivo never makes that product available in your Purchases page, email support@tekkivo.com with the payment reference. We will restore access. That correction is not a refund of a product you already received.
Memberships and services
A membership period that has already been billed is not refunded. Custom service work follows the Service Terms. A fee for work that has started is not refunded.
Before you pay
Read the product description, the Digital Product License, and these terms. Checkout means you accept that the sale is final.
