This Privacy Policy ("Policy") governs the collection, processing, storage, and disclosure of personal data by Tekkivo TI Pvt Ltd ("Tekkivo", "we", "us", "our") through the website tekkivo.com and all associated services, applications, and platforms (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. This Policy is effective as of March 15, 2026 and supersedes all prior versions.

2. Data Controller

3. Information We Collect

• Identity & Account Data: Full name, email address, username, password (hashed), referral code, and account creation date.
• Payment & Transaction Data: Payment method type, transaction IDs, billing amounts, subscription status, and payment history. We do NOT store raw card numbers or banking credentials — all payment processing is handled by PayPal under their own privacy policy.
• Usage & Behavioral Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent, click patterns, search queries, and interaction logs.
• Device & Technical Data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, time zone, and referring URLs.
• Communications Data: Messages sent through our contact form, support tickets, and email correspondence.
• Telegram Data: If you connect your Telegram account, we collect your Telegram username and chat ID solely to deliver trading signals.
• Advertising & Analytics Data: We use Google Analytics, Google AdSense, and similar third-party services that may collect cookies, device identifiers, and browsing behavior for analytics and advertising purposes. See Section 8 for full details.

4. How We Use Your Information

5. Advertising & Third-Party Services

Tekkivo uses Google AdSense and may use other advertising networks to display advertisements on the Platform. These services use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our Platform and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings at https://adssettings.google.com. We also use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with our Platform. Google Analytics collects data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This data is processed by Google under their privacy policy. We may also use Facebook Pixel, Bing Ads, or other advertising pixels for conversion tracking and retargeting. By using the Platform, you consent to the use of these advertising technologies. 6. Payment Data & No-Refund Policy

All payment transactions are processed exclusively through PayPal. Tekkivo does not store, process, or have access to your credit card numbers, debit card numbers, bank account details, or any other raw financial credentials. PayPal's Privacy Policy (https://www.paypal.com/privacy) governs the handling of your payment information. ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO TEKKIVO ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE. By completing a purchase or subscription, you expressly acknowledge and agree that: (a) all fees paid are final and non-refundable; (b) subscription fees are charged in advance and no partial refunds will be issued for unused periods; (c) one-time product purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances; (d) chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without prior written authorization from Tekkivo constitute a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination and legal action. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact dev@tekkivo.com within 7 days of the transaction.

7. Data Storage & Security

Your personal data is stored on secure servers hosted in data centers with industry-standard physical and digital security controls. We implement: (a) TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit; (b) AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest; (c) bcrypt/SHA-256 hashing for passwords — we never store plaintext passwords; (d) role-based access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only; (e) regular security audits and vulnerability assessments. Despite these measures, no system is 100% secure. You use the Platform at your own risk and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 8. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

• Essential Cookies: Required for platform functionality including session management, authentication, and security. Cannot be disabled.
• Analytics Cookies: Google Analytics and similar tools to understand usage patterns. You may opt out via browser settings or Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.
• Advertising Cookies: Google AdSense, Facebook Pixel, and other ad networks use cookies to serve relevant advertisements. You may opt out via https://optout.aboutads.info or https://adssettings.google.com.

9. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share your data with: (a) Payment processors (PayPal) to complete transactions; (b) Cloud infrastructure providers (hosting, databases) under strict data processing agreements; (c) Analytics and advertising partners (Google, Meta) as described in Section 5 and 8; (d) Law enforcement or government authorities when required by applicable law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Tekkivo and its users; (e) Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with prior notice to affected users. All third-party service providers are contractually obligated to handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

10. International Data Transfers

Tekkivo operates globally with infrastructure in India and the United States. Your personal data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country. By using the Platform, you consent to such international transfers. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place including standard contractual clauses and compliance with applicable data transfer regulations including India's Information Technology Act 2000, the IT (Amendment) Act 2008, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDPA), as well as GDPR where applicable to EU/EEA residents and CCPA for California residents.

11. Your Rights

• Right of Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.
• Right to Restriction: Request that we limit processing of your data in certain circumstances.

12. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations: Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 3 years after closure. Payment and transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by financial and tax regulations. Communication records are retained for 3 years. Analytics data is retained in aggregated, anonymized form indefinitely. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.

13. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, contact us at legal@tekkivo.com and we will promptly delete such information.

14. India-Specific Provisions

For users in India, this Policy is compliant with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Sensitive personal data including financial information and passwords is collected only with your explicit consent and is used solely for the purposes stated in this Policy. 15. California Residents (CCPA)

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA): the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to know whether personal information is sold or disclosed, the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), the right to non-discrimination for exercising CCPA rights, and the right to request deletion of personal information. 16. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
